You can create an account by clicking 'Sign Up' in the top navigation. We support email registration as well as social login through Google, Facebook, and other providers. Creating an account is free and gives you access to buying, collection tracking, and wishlist features.

SuperCatch supports all major collectible categories: Sports Cards (Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, etc.), Trading Card Games (Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh), Video Games, Non-Sports Cards (Entertainment, Political, Historical), Autographs, and Event Tickets.

Creating an account and browsing is completely free. Buyers pay no SuperCatch fees - you only pay the listed price plus any shipping costs set by the seller and applicable sales tax. Sellers pay a commission only when items sell successfully.

SuperCatch doesn't authenticate cards itself. Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC) are authenticated by the grading company, and we can look up certification records. Every listing goes through platform review before going live (some trusted sellers are approved via automated review), and you can check seller ratings and report any order problem for us to review.

Yes! SuperCatch is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. We also have plans for dedicated mobile apps in the future. You can buy, sell, and manage your collection from any device.

Check if the card is graded by a reputable grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC) - grading companies authenticate the cards they grade. For raw cards, review the seller's ratings, listing photos, and description. Every listing goes through platform review before going live, and you can report a suspected counterfeit for us to review.

Report the order problem from your order page, or contact support with photos of the item. SuperCatch reviews order problems - including items not as described, damaged in transit, or the wrong item - and can issue a refund to your original payment method if the claim is upheld.

Listings on SuperCatch are fixed-price - there's no offer, negotiation, or auction feature. If a price is more than you want to pay, add the item to your wishlist and set a price alert to be notified if the seller lowers it.

Click 'Become a Seller' and submit a seller application with your store details. SuperCatch reviews and approves seller applications - there's no identity or background check. Once approved, you can start listing cards.

Upload photos of your cards and our AI system will automatically identify them, including details like player name, year, brand, series, and card number. You can review and edit the information before creating listings. This makes listing cards much faster and more accurate.

Listing is free on the Free plan, and sellers pay a commission on each completed sale based on their plan (see supercatch.com/sell/pricing). Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) have a monthly fee billed through PayPal subscriptions; the Free plan has no monthly fee. PayPal payment processing fees apply to every sale, plus a small per-label fee on any shipping labels bought through SuperCatch.

As a seller, you set your own shipping costs and policies. You can offer free shipping (built into your item price), flat rate shipping, or calculated shipping based on buyer location. You have full control over your shipping terms.

We support all major grading companies including PSA, BGS (Beckett), CGC, SGC, WATA (for video games), VGA (for video games), and others. Each grading company has different scales and specialties.

When creating a listing, select the grading company and enter the specific grade. Include clear photos of the entire graded slab showing the label. Our system will automatically format the listing with proper grading information.

Absolutely! You can sell ungraded cards by specifying their condition (Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor). Many collectors prefer ungraded cards, especially for vintage or lower-value items.

Individual sellers set their own shipping costs and policies. SuperCatch doesn't control shipping rates - each seller determines their shipping terms, including costs, methods, and delivery timeframes.

Sellers are required to follow professional packaging standards: individual cards in penny sleeves and toploaders, wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in rigid cardboard mailers with 'Do Not Bend' labels. Graded cards receive extra protection.

Shipping timeframes vary by seller, but most ship within 1-2 business days. Check the individual listing or seller's profile for their specific shipping policy. You'll receive tracking information once the item ships.
