We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperCatch. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using SuperCatch on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of SuperCatch, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on SuperCatch, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete product descriptions, including condition, authenticity, and any defects
• Use clear, high-quality images that accurately represent the item
• Price items fairly and honor all listed prices
• Ship items promptly within the stated timeframe
• Package items securely to prevent damage during shipping
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with buyers
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Only list items you legally own and have the right to sell
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All listings are subject to admin approval before becoming active on the marketplace. We reserve the right to reject any listing that violates our policies or quality standards.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on SuperCatch, you agree to:

• Review item descriptions and images carefully before purchasing
• Complete payment promptly after placing an order
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Report any issues or disputes through proper channels
• Leave honest and fair feedback after transactions

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SuperCatch to:

• Sell counterfeit, fake, or unauthorized reproduction items
• List stolen property or items obtained through illegal means
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including bid manipulation or shill bidding
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent our fee structure
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in price fixing or anti-competitive behavior
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the platform
• Share or sell your account credentials

7. Fees and Payments

SuperCatch charges a commission on each completed sale. The current fee structure is:

• Seller commission: 10% of the final sale price
• Payment processing fees: As determined by our payment processor
• Additional fees may apply for premium features or services

Payment terms and payout schedules will be provided in your seller dashboard. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days notice to users.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. SuperCatch does not store credit card information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping items to buyers in a timely manner. SuperCatch is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged items during transit.

We strongly recommend that sellers:

• Use tracked shipping methods
• Purchase shipping insurance for high-value items
• Package items securely with appropriate protection
• Provide tracking information to buyers promptly

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Buyers may request a return if:

• The item received is significantly different from the description
• The item is damaged or defective
• The item is counterfeit or not authentic
• The wrong item was shipped

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. SuperCatch will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to reach a fair resolution.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on SuperCatch, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SuperCatch or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on SuperCatch without our express written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users, SuperCatch will act as a neutral mediator to help resolve the issue. We encourage users to communicate directly to resolve disputes amicably.

If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with applicable law. By using SuperCatch, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

SuperCatch is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of item descriptions or listings
• The authenticity or condition of items sold
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged items
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperCatch's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperCatch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to SuperCatch immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Multiple complaints from other users
• Failure to pay fees or commissions
• Inactivity for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use SuperCatch will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of SuperCatch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
