Commission and payment processing fees are charged only when an item sells. The Free plan has no monthly fee; paid plans add a monthly fee billed through PayPal that renews until you cancel.
Your commission rate is set by your plan. Upgrading to a paid plan lowers the rate on every sale while your subscription is active; each plan's rate is listed above. If a subscription lapses, sales are charged at the Free plan rate.
PayPal charges a payment processing fee on each sale. If you buy shipping labels through SuperCatch, you pay the postage plus a small per-label service fee. Buyers pay the shipping you set. There are no charges for promoted placement or expedited review.
Funds are held for 3 business days after delivery confirmation (7 for new sellers and high-value orders), then move to your available balance, minus fees. Payouts are sent to your PayPal account every Friday once your balance reaches $25.
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include the SuperCatch REST API, with an hourly request budget that scales with your plan. You can read your listings, orders, and inventory, push cards in as draft listings, and poll the resulting import job.
