Use payout settings to choose how you receive funds from completed sales and understand when payouts are released.
SuperCatch currently pays sellers via PayPal only. Bank transfer and check payouts aren't offered.
Funds from every sale are held for 3 business days after delivery is confirmed, then move to your available balance. Two exceptions hold longer, 7 business days each: new sellers (a store under 30 days old or with fewer than 5 completed orders) and high-value orders ($500 or more). An account flagged for review is held until the review clears, regardless of order value or seller tenure. The hold that applies to each pending item is shown next to it on your Payouts page.
SuperCatch tracks the sales it settles for you against the IRS Form 1099-K thresholds and shows your running total on **Store → Settings → Tax Information**. When you approach the threshold that applies to you, we ask for a completed W-9 (US) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-US) so the details are on file.
SuperCatch does not yet generate or file 1099-K forms. Until form issuance ships, tracking and reporting your sales for tax purposes remains your responsibility — consult a tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.
