Active disputes can pause payout requests until the disputed order is reviewed and resolved.
Automatic Payout Cancellation
When a dispute or chargeback is filed against any of your orders:
All your pending payouts are automatically cancelledThe payout amounts are returned to your available balanceYou cannot request new payouts until the dispute is resolvedThis protects both you and the platform by ensuring funds are available if the dispute is decided in the buyer's favor.
Payout Blocking
While you have active disputes:
The "Request Payout" button will be disabledYou'll see a message explaining why payouts are blockedYour dashboard will show the number of active disputesAfter Dispute Resolution
If you win the dispute
Held funds return to your available balanceYou can resume payout requests once the dispute is closedYour payout history shows the cancelled payoutIf you lose the dispute
Held funds are forfeitedAny shortfall becomes outstanding debtFuture payouts will have debt deducted automaticallyOutstanding Debt
If you lose a dispute and the held amount doesn't cover the full refund:
The difference is recorded as outstanding debtThis debt is automatically deducted from your next payoutYou'll see a breakdown showing: Original Amount - Debt Deduction = Net PayoutPayouts are blocked if debt exceeds your available balanceExample
