At the center of this unique release is the #5 card, Dominarioes // Dominarioes (cont'd), a double-faced token designed specifically for quick, social gameplay sessions. Unlike standard competitive cards, this product serves as a standalone game component, inviting players to engage with a lighthearted puzzle that celebrates the shared history of the Magic universe. This token features a foil finish, adding a tactile and visual distinction that appeals to collectors of Magic: The Gathering memorabilia. The front of the card sets the stage for a mini-game inspired by the legendary rivalry and friendship between Urza and Serra. Players are tasked with connecting cards from a pack in the most condensed way possible, turning a standard booster opening into an engaging challenge. The objective is simple yet clever: place cards face up, connecting them to others already in play, until no more connections can be made. The back of the card, Dominarioes (cont'd), provides the scoring mechanism for the game. Once all possible connections are placed, players measure the board’s dimensions and add the higher number to the count of unplaced cards to determine their final rank. Achieving a score of five or lower earns the prestigious title of Planeswalker, the best possible outcome in this mini-game. For collectors, this foil token represents a charming piece of the Strixhaven era’s experimental design. It stands out as a memorable artifact of the game’s community-focused spirit. Whether you are a seasoned player looking to add a unique novelty to your collection or a new enthusiast curious about the lore behind Urza and Serra, this double-faced token offers a delightful experience. It is a testament to the versatility of Magic: The Gathering, proving that the game’s appeal extends far beyond the battlefield.

1 player | 1 pack | 5 minutes OBJECTIVE: In ancient Dominaria, Urza and Serra would play *Dominarioes* to pass the time. Connect all cards in the *most condensed way possible.* GET READY: Open a pack, remove all basic lands, ads, and tokens. LET'S PLAY: Place a card face up to start the game. That card is now in play. Continue to place cards that connect to another card in play (see diagram on the back of this card). TO WIN: The game ends when all cards that can be connected have been placed. Determine how many cards long and wide the board is, then add whichever number is higher to the number of unplaced cards to get your rank. 5 or lower is Planeswalker (the best!), 6 is Wizard, and 7+ is Goblin!
