Description
As a Stage 1 Colorless type, this card evolves from Togepi and provides distinct strategic options. Its ability, Miracle Shift, allows players to manipulate energy resources by discarding a basic Energy card to search the discard pile for another. Additionally, the attack Colorless Mini-Metronome enables strategic flexibility by copying an opponent's attack based on a coin flip. Designed by Kagemaru Himeno, the card captures the early 2000s aesthetic of the franchise. Collectors often seek this card for its nostalgic value and its role in competitive play during that era. The 2003 Aquapolis release remains a significant part of Pokémon history, appealing to those who appreciate the evolution of game mechanics. Whether building a vintage collection or studying TCG strategy, Togetic #39 stands as a notable entry.

Card Text
Abilities, attacks, oracle text, and flavor text printed on the card.
Ability: Miracle Shift
Once during your turn (before your attack), discard a basic Energy card attached to 1 of your Pokémon. Then, choose a basic Energy card from your discard pile and attach it to that Pokémon. This power can't be used if Togetic is affected by a Special Condition.
Attack: Mini-Metronome
Flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 of the Defending Pokémon's attacks. Mini-Metronome copies that attack except for its Energy cost. (You must still do anything else required in order to use that attack.) (No matter what type the Defending Pokémon is, Togetic is still Colorless.) Togetic performs that attack.
