Buying
Graded cards from PSA, BGS, CGC, and SGC are authenticated by the grading company. For raw cards, review the seller rating, listing photos, and card details before buying. If a card appears counterfeit after delivery, contact support and start a buyer protection request. See our grading guide for more details.
We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Return policies vary by seller. Check the seller's return policy on the listing page before purchasing. If a card doesn't match the description or arrives damaged, you're covered by our buyer protection.
Shipping times depend on the seller's location and shipping method. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Review the estimated delivery window on each listing before checkout. See our shipping guide for packaging and shipping details.
Some sellers accept offers. Look for the 'Make Offer' button on listings. If it's not available, the seller has set a fixed price.
Selling
Listing is free. We charge a 10% commission on successful sales, which includes payment processing. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.
Payments are processed through PayPal. After a sale, funds are held for 3 days (for new sellers) or released immediately (for established sellers). You can withdraw to your bank account from PayPal.
When you upload card images, the recognition pipeline attempts database matching first, then OCR, then AI recognition if earlier steps do not produce a strong match. You can review and edit the detected information before publishing. Learn more in our AI recognition guide.
Most listings are approved within a few hours. Complex listings or new sellers may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive an email when your listing is approved.
Yes. You can use WooCommerce integration or CSV import. Go to Store settings → Integrations to connect an existing store or upload a spreadsheet. Imports are queued automatically per store if another job is already running, and you can review grouped created listings from the job detail page before publishing. See our integrations guide for setup instructions.
A queued import means another import is already running for your store. SuperCatch accepts the new import, shows it in import history as queued, and starts it automatically when the active job finishes. Open the job detail page after processing starts or completes to review grouped created listings before publishing.
Shipping
Place raw cards in a penny sleeve, then a top loader, and seal the top loader with painter's tape. Use a bubble mailer or small box with padding. Wrap graded cards in bubble wrap before packing. See our full shipping guide for step-by-step instructions.
We recommend insurance for cards worth $50 or more. USPS First Class includes up to $50 coverage. For higher values, add additional insurance through your carrier.
If you purchased insurance, file a claim with the carrier first. For buyer protection claims, contact support with your order details so we can review the issue.
International shipping depends on the seller. Check the listing for shipping options. International buyers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Account and security
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
Yes. We never store your full credit card number. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors (PayPal, Stripe).

Click the 'Report' button on any listing or user profile. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also contact support directly.
Grading & Condition
All are reputable grading companies. PSA is the most recognized for sports cards. BGS provides detailed subgrades. CGC is popular for TCG cards. SGC is known for vintage cards. See our grading guide for detailed comparisons.
It depends on your goals. Graded cards are authenticated and protected, and they often sell for more. Raw cards usually cost less, but condition is more subjective. For high-value cards, graded is usually the safer option.
These are condition descriptions. Mint means a card shows little to no visible wear. NM (Near Mint) has minor imperfections. EX (Excellent) shows light wear. Condition has a major effect on value. See our grading guide for full definitions.
