WooCommerce

Generate API keys
In your WooCommerce admin:
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API
Click 'Add Key' and create a new API key
Set permissions to 'Read' (we only need to read your products)
Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
Connect to SuperCatch
In your SuperCatch seller dashboard:
Go to Store Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce
Enter your WooCommerce store URL
Paste your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
Click 'Connect' to verify the connection
Import Products
Start importing your products:
Select which products to import (all or specific categories)
If another import is already running for your store, the new import is accepted and queued automatically
Our AI will analyze images and extract card details
Review created listings in grouped or individual view before publishing
Publish to make them live on SuperCatch
You can re-import anytime to sync new products. Only one import runs per store at a time, so follow-up jobs wait in queue instead of failing.

Create a private app in Shopify
Generate your API credentials:
In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps
Create a new app and name it 'SuperCatch Integration'
Under API credentials, configure read/write access for Products, Orders, and Inventory
Install the app and copy the Admin API access token
Connect to SuperCatch
Link your Shopify store:
Go to Integrations → Shopify in your SuperCatch dashboard
Enter your store domain (e.g., your-shop.myshopify.com)
Paste your Admin API access token
Click 'Test connection' to verify
Start syncing

Go to developers.facebook.com and create a new Business app

Copy your App ID from the App Dashboard, and App Secret from App Settings → Basic
Connect to SuperCatch
Enter your credentials:

Enter Business ID, Catalog ID, App ID, App Secret, and System User Access Token
Choose your checkout mode (off-site or on-site)

One Import Runs at a Time per Store
SuperCatch accepts new CSV and marketplace imports even when another import is already running for the same store. New jobs are marked as queued and start automatically when the active import finishes.
This queue is store-specific and cross-platform. A CSV import can wait behind a WooCommerce import, and a WooCommerce batch import can wait behind a manual background import.
Only one import job processes per store at a time
